Anyone who has built a property will attest to the difficulty in selecting a preferred builder. My wife & I recently built in the Mandurah area and the toughest part of the process was finding a builder we were comfortable with. There were so many choices, all offering similar products & prices.

We were excited by the concept of designing & building exactly what we wanted rather than buying established and made the usual visits to various display villages, which resulted in more confusion. We like the designs, landscaping & fixtures but our only knowledge about prospective builders was provided by the sales people patiently waiting for potential clients. We all know their game, right!

We wanted a greater understanding of the mindset of company those sales folk worked for. Company philosophy, thoughts on trends, their past and future were all questions we needed answers to.

Enter WoZ Builders! A unique website where, we hope, West Australian Builders communicate with potential clients through blogs. The topics of their blogs is entirely up to them. They may choose to introduce new staff, outline plans for the future. Perhaps discuss changes in financing regualtions. Whatever the topic we want them showing us who they are.
